My banana smoothie this morning was SO delicious, I wanted to share it with you!
It’s 2 bananas, a handful of kale, ice, and water. Whip it all up in a blender til it’s all frothy and thick. I love these – the banana makes it sweet, and the kale gives it just a little extra flavor – and good green stuff!

Easy idea to eat more veggies: keep a perpetual veggie tray in your fridge! Yep – cut up lots of different fruits and veggies of all different colors, and put them all together with a delicious dip. Keep it full and fresh all the time, so that it’s easy to get to and appealing – not just for special occasions!

Shouldn’t exercise be either FUN – Zumba, hiking, biking, rock climbing – or productive in some other way? Tonight, I’m brainstorming a list of ways to be active while getting some other benefit out of the exercise, too. The really cool thing? Andy’s taking hardcore feedback from the first users. If you sign up early, and have feature requests, you have a chance of getting them! It’s like having your own personal invoice tool developer guy.
