Today I’ve been thinking about indulgences. They’re things that people normally don’t do, and are either:
A: A little harmful, all told (if only mildly), but okay, just this once – OR
B: Have a positive sum effect
I think a good way for me to practice self-love would be to do the opposite: eliminate indulgences. Yep. The TLDR: if something is great, why not enjoy it often? If it’s bad, why do it at all?
