I’ve just launched VisualizeFit.com – where people can search by their height, gender and weight to see pictures and stories of people who have reached their fitness goals!
While the platitude good luck might be appropriate for things that truly require chance – like roulette or guessing the weather on a day a year from now – it’s not ideal for most situations. Looking for a job? Good luck. What phrases can we use that put the power back in our own hands?

It’s spring!
Here in Durham, it’s been a beautiful 70-85 degrees here this past week. I’ve been planting herbs, spring-cleaning the house, and – spring-cleaning my projects! Spring is the time for organization, and right now, I’m organizing all the cool ideas in my head that need to get launched.
Meet Lisa Robbins! She’s a WDS attendee who was inspired by the first WDS last year to start this fantastic volunteering project, the V52 Project. Starting January 1, 2012, she’s done a different volunteering project every week! As a person with many interests myself, I really love this idea of pairing different adventures with volunteerism.
