Triangle Raw Foodists: Raw Foods in Raleigh/Durham! :)
Would you know that we have our very own raw foods truck in Raleigh/Durham? They’re the Triangle Raw Foodists, and they’re planning on opening a brick-and-mortar business in the Chapel Hill/Durham area in early 2012. And this is why I love the Triangle area. 
Today, I stopped by the truck and picked up coconut pesto salad, ginger-miso rice, and a raw burrito filled with a nutty, spicy, meat-like filling. The burrito and half the serving of rice are pictured above – this was more than enough food since the nuts are so filling – and a photo of the salad is below. It was all delicious, a great Friday treat.
